Saint John Police are seeking public assistance in locating a 44-year-old who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
The police force reported on Monday, August 1, a warrant was issued for Timothy Mason for breaching the conditions of statutory release.
Mason was residing at a community correctional centre in Saint John.
Mason is serving a sentence of two years and seven days for Assault Intentional Use of Force (x2), Failure to Attend Court At Large, Failure to Comply with Probation Order, Possession
of Property Obtained by Crime Under (x2), and Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (x6).
Mason is described as 5’9″, 277 lbs, with a shaved head and hazel eyes.
